TravelProPlus Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By accessing, registering for, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the platform, participation in the compensation system, and interaction with other users and the services offered.

2. Definitions

  • User : Person registered on the platform, whether as a client, host or promoter.

  • Member Partner : User who acquires an active membership to participate in the passive income system.

  • TPower : Progress mechanism that allows you to increase the performance of your passive bonus through referrals.

  • PointShop : Internal platform for the use and withdrawal of points generated by passive income.

  • Network : Affiliate structure built by each user to generate referral and bonus income.

3. Activation and Participation

  • The minimum activation is $25 USD and the maximum is $50,000 USD .

  • Deposits can be made in BTC, ETH, TRX, USDT or BNB.

  • The minimum withdrawal is $10 USD , processed instantly.

  • The system allows buybacks, refunds, and P2P transfers for account activation.

4. Passive Income

  • Passive income is credited Monday through Friday, within 24 hours of activation.

  • Daily performance varies depending on the Member type Partner , from 0.6% to 2% .

  • The performance includes 20% in points , usable in PointShop .

  • The maximum return on liabilities is 220% of the amount invested .

5. Compensation System

The compensation plan includes the following bonuses:

5.1 Direct and Indirect Bonus

  • Up to 12% distributed in 3 levels.

  • Requires accumulated volume to unlock levels 2 and 3.

5.2 Binary Bonus

  • Payment on the smaller leg, from 6% to 10% , depending on volume.

  • Daily limits from $500 to $25,000 USD .

5.3 Residual Withdrawal Bonus

  • Each withdrawal generates a 10% fee , of which 50% is distributed over 10 levels .

5.4 Weekly Bonus

  • Requires referring at least 5 active users per week.

  • 5% of the total membership is paid , with specific conditions.

5.5 Performance or Race Bonuses

  • Unique bonuses for reaching structural ranks, from Starter to Ambassador .

5.6 Monthly Ambassador Bonus

  • Starting at $2M in volume, a progressive monthly salary is awarded, up to $10,000 USD .

6. Return Limit and Account Closure

  • The total return on investment is limited to 320% , composed of:

    • 220% passive

    • 100% by network

  • Once 100% is reached per network, additional bonuses are deducted from the remaining liability.

  • If 220% is reached by any means, the account is automatically stopped and requires a new investment to continue generating income.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Users may request refunds at any time, subject to internal review.
  • The company retains 15% for commissions distributed on the network.

  • Membership cancellations do not waive compliance with these terms.

  • If the cancellation is made, the company will retain all profits and then return the remainder.

8. Use of the Platform

  • The user agrees to use the platform ethically, legally, and in accordance with internal policies.

  • The use of multiple accounts to manipulate the clearing system is prohibited.

  • TravelProPlus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

9. Modifications

TravelProPlus may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be notified through the platform and will become effective immediately.

10. Jurisdiction

TravelProPlus operating company is registered . Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
